We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Field Superintendent to join our team. If you have a passion for construction, leadership skills, and a strong background in steel building projects with lumbered interior buildouts, we want to hear from you.
Job Summary:
As the Field Superintendent, you will oversee the day-to-day on-site operations of commercial steel building projects with lumbered interior buildouts. Your responsibilities will include managing field crews, coordinating with project manager and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project schedules, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring the successful and timely completion of each project.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring they are executed safely, efficiently, and according to design specifications.

Manage and supervise field staff, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to timelines.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to resolve any design or construction challenges.

Monitor and enforce safety regulations, conducting regular inspections to ensure OSHA compliance and minimize risk.

Maintain project schedules, track progress, and report updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Conduct site meetings to discuss project progress, address concerns, and ensure alignment with goals.

Manage material orders, deliveries, and inventory to ensure projects stay on schedule.

Prepare and review daily reports, time sheets, and job logs.

Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for on-site communications.
Qualifications:
-
3-5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, Foreman, or similar leadership role in commercial steel building construction.

Strong knowledge of steel erection processes, building codes, and safety regulations.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications.

Proven experience managing crews, coordinating subcontractors, and solving on-site challenges.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Proficiency in construction management software and tools.

OSHA 30 certification is a plus.

Any equipment certifications are a plus.

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
Working Conditions:

Primarily outdoor, on-site work in various weather conditions.

Ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights if required.

Occasional travel may be required for out-of-town projects.

Competitive salary based on experience. Approximately $35-$45/hr D.O.E.

We are seeking hardworking and reliable General Laborers to join our team. If you are looking to start or further your career in construction with a focus on steel building with lumbered interior buildout projects, this is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience.
Job Summary:
As a General Laborer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the construction and installation of commercial steel buildings. You will work alongside skilled tradespeople, performing various tasks to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the assembly and installation of steel structures, including framing, siding, and roofing.

Assist with lumbered interior buildouts inside of the building.

Load, unload, and move construction materials, tools, and equipment to job sites.

Perform site preparation and clean-up, including debris removal and site organization.

Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
-
Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with the construction team.

Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Site Supervisor or Foreman.
Qualifications:
-
Previous experience in construction or manual labor is preferred but not required.

Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks.

Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.

Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
Working Conditions:

Primarily outdoor work on construction sites.

Exposure to various weather conditions and environments.
-
Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces if required.
Benefits:

Competitive hourly wage based on experience. $15-$25/hr D.O.E.
